An inclusive approach to fitness... I’m not your typical personal trainer
Hiyaaaa, I'm Tash, and I'm going to be bold and say it, I am NOT your typical personal trainer. I don't focus on a body transformations! Instead, I help shift your attention from aesthetics to a skill/lift so you enjoy the process and are surprised by your inevitable body recomposition. I founded Thriveko after a low point in my life, where I had lost my purpose and all control. During this terrible time I discovered there was one thing I always possess; AUTONOMY. I therefore established a routine grounded in fitness, got stronger physically & mentally, ate with purpose and used fitness to THRIVE. I use this principal to guide my approach to Personal Training, now let us see what we can achieve together!
