When I started with Tash, I was about 4 years into lifting weights. I started in a group setting but had been training solo for about 18 months. During this time, I had seen a lot more progress than in group training, and I wasn't sure whether I actually needed a coach. I met Tash in the gym—she was the strongest woman I had ever met, and I wanted some of her magic to rub off on me. And wow, I have not been disappointed.

I can proudly say I finally love how my body looks

Tash has completely turbo-charged my fitness and health journey. In 6 months, we have totally recomped my body so I am in the best shape of my life. Having always had a difficult relationship with food and hang-ups about my body, I am now the most confident I've ever been. As I head into my 40s, I can proudly say I finally love how my body looks (especially in a bikini or underwear!). Despite being perimenopausal, I am the strongest I have ever been, able to rep out pull-ups and chin-ups (I could do zero before), as well as lift weights I never dreamt of lifting. Being part of the Threivko team has, more importantly, transformed my relationship with food. This summer, I stayed at an all-inclusive hotel, and it was the first time this situation hadn't stressed me out—I came away not feeling like I needed to diet to ‘get back into shape’. I can now enjoy the foods that I love while still hitting my goals.

Thanks to Tash and the Threivko approach, I've not only transformed my body and strength, but I've finally found the confidence and freedom with food that I've always wanted.
