Before I started training with Tash, I was doing a lot of functional/ cross fit type training which I really did enjoy and I think achieved a baseline of fitness/ skills for me. However I was looking for some more targeted and personalised training to really achieve some goals I’d been wanting to hit for years but had no clue of how to actually achieve.
Enter Thriveko!!! It’s been nothing short of quite life changing. Not only did I surpass my goal of a chin up, I can now do pull ups and chin ups, 8 on good day! My relationship to my body has completely changed, along with my relationship to food. I no longer binge how I used to, it’s an ongoing process but I’m in such a different place with it to where I was a year ago. As for my strength, I’m lifting heavier week on week, and with this comes so much more confidence in myself and on the gym floor.

I have built healthy habits, a good routine, fitting training in around a hectic work life, and have so much knowledge with regards to training and nutrition now! Training has truly become my safe space with thanks to Tash.
