Growing up in a fitness-focused family, Tash has a deep-rooted love for movement. With experience in a wide range of disciplines, whether its calisthenics, power lifting, body recompositions, gymnastics and functional fitness, she’s equipped to guide you on your fitness journey. No matter if you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, Tash can help you:

Tash’s online coaching it’s just amazing. I identify as non-binary person and I found it very difficult to work out in the gyms so when I started my journey with Tash, I decided to work out at home. I’ve been with Thriveko for just over 6 months now. I was slightly skeptical to begin with as I’ve never done strength training in my life and I was convinced that unless it was a class of some kind I would just get bored and give up. But none of this happened, I’ve found it extremely easy to stick to my schedule and have been going to the gym 3 times a week (or sometimes more!) every week.
