Tash’s online coaching it’s just amazing. I identify as non-binary person and I found it very difficult to work out in the gyms so when I started my journey with Tash, I decided to work out at home. I’ve been with Thriveko for just over 6 months now. I was slightly skeptical to begin with as I’ve never done strength training in my life and I was convinced that unless it was a class of some kind I would just get bored and give up. But none of this happened, I’ve found it extremely easy to stick to my schedule and have been going to the gym 3 times a week (or sometimes more!) every week.
